PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By purchasing any product from Market Candle Company Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, in person, or through any other sales channel.

Candle Safety & Usage

WARNING: NEVER LEAVE A CANDLE BURNING UNATTENDED.

Burn within sight and away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface and avoid drafts.

For best results:

  • Burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface.

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Keep the wax pool free of debris.

  • Keep the wick centred and trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn.

  • Stop burning the candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains.

  • Do not move or touch the candle while it is burning.

  • Containers will become very hot while burning and shortly after extinguishing.

Improper use of candles can result in fire, injury, or property damage. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to follow all safety guidelines provided.

French Candle Safety

AVERTISSEMENT : NE JAMAIS LAISSER UNE CHANDELLE ALLUMÉE SANS SURVEILLANCE.

Garder la chandelle en vue lorsqu’elle est allumée et hors de portée des objets inflammables, des enfants et des animaux. Toujours brûler la chandelle sur une surface résistante à la chaleur et éviter les courants d’air.

Pour de meilleurs résultats :

  • Laisser brûler jusqu’à ce que la cire fonde uniformément sur toute la surface.

  • Ne pas brûler plus de 4 heures à la fois.

  • Garder la cire libre de débris.

  • Garder la mèche centrée et la couper à 1/4 po avant chaque utilisation.

  • Éteindre la chandelle lorsqu’il reste 1/2 po de cire.

  • Ne pas déplacer ou toucher la chandelle lorsqu’elle est allumée.

  • Le contenant deviendra très chaud pendant et après l’utilisation.

We strive to accurately describe and photograph all products. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, appearance, and fragrance strength may occur.

Fragrance perception is subjective and can vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee that every scent will meet individual expectations.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@marketcandlecompany.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Custom & Private Label Orders

All custom, private label, and made-to-order products are final sale.

Once artwork, labels, scent selections, or production specifications are approved, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, material availability, and seasonal demand.

Market Candle Company is not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, or design that were approved by the client prior to production.

Workshops & Events

Participation in workshops or in-person events hosted by Market Candle Company is voluntary.

By attending a workshop or event, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and assume all risks associated with participation.

Market Candle Company is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during workshops or events.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Market Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are correct at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Market Candle Company Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Our products must be used in accordance with the safety guidelines provided. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage or injury.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, branding, and written content, is the property of Market Candle Company Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Changes to Terms
