Refund policy

We understand that large retailers can afford to accept returns and dispose of products, but as a small business, we simply don’t have that flexibility. Once a product leaves our studio, we are unable to test its quality again or verify how it has been stored, handled, or transported. Even small factors, such as improper storage, exposure to heat, or being dropped, can impact product safety.

For these reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges and are unable to replace products based on scent preference.

All workshop tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Our workshops are limited-capacity, pre-planned events that require materials, staffing, and preparation to be arranged in advance.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or something is missing due to shipping, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we will absolutely take care of it.

Please note that soy wax candles are designed to provide a soft, subtle scent experience. If you are accustomed to the stronger scent throw of paraffin candles, it may take some time to adjust to the more natural scent profile of soy wax.

For any third-party items we may carry from time to time, such as diffusers, warmers, or other electrical devices not manufactured by Market Candle Company, please retain all original packaging and manufacturer warranty information. As these items are not produced by us, any defects or issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer, and we are unable to provide replacements or support beyond that.
