Fertility is one of them.
It’s complex, emotional, isolating, and for so many people, it’s something you carry quietly. Behind the scenes. In appointments, in waiting rooms, in conversations you don’t always feel ready to have.
This collection was never about just creating candles.
It was about creating something that feels like a small moment of comfort in the middle of something that can feel really heavy.
Why this matters to us
Our founder, Shabi, built Market Candle Company during her own fertility journey.
What started as a creative outlet became something much bigger, but at the time, it was simply a way to cope. A way to stay grounded. A way to feel like herself while navigating years of uncertainty.
That journey eventually led to the birth of her son through IVF in 2022, but the road there was not simple.
And like so many people who go through it, it changed everything.
This collection is rooted in that experience. Not from a place of sadness, but from a place of understanding.

Each candle in this collection was thoughtfully designed to support different emotional needs, because no two days in a fertility journey feel the same.
Calm – lavender, eucalyptus, vanilla
For the days when your nervous system needs a reset. When everything feels overwhelming and you just need a moment to breathe.
Cozy – jasmine, cotton, vanilla
For comfort. For slowing down. For wrapping yourself in something familiar when things feel uncertain.
Noir – mahogany, sandalwood, coconut, vanilla
For grounding. For strength. For those moments where you need to feel anchored and held.
These are not miracle products. They won’t fix anything.
But they can create space. And sometimes, that’s everything.
