Shipping & Pickup

Local Pickup

If you would like to pick up your order from our studio in Newmarket, Ontario, please select Local Pickup at checkout.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup, along with the pickup address and instructions.

Please wait for the pickup confirmation email before arriving, as orders must be prepared in advance.


Order Processing

Standard retail orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During peak seasons, holidays, or major promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping

We currently ship within Canada (due to the increase in documentation required for all cross border shipments to the United States, we have put a pause on shipping outside of Canada. We apologize and hope to be able to serve you again soon. .

Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, Canpar, GLS, Puralator, Canada Post, or other regional carriers, depending on destination and service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale, corporate, and bulk orders have different processing timelines depending on production volume.

Typical production timelines are 7–14 business days, though larger orders may require additional time.

Shipping costs for wholesale or bulk orders are calculated separately and free shipping promotions do not apply unless otherwise specified.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has already shipped to the incorrect address due to a customer entry error, any additional shipping or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Market Candle Company is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but later reported as lost or stolen.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.


Weather Considerations

Because our products are sensitive to extreme temperatures, we may occasionally delay shipments during severe heat or cold conditions to ensure product quality.
